Nice neighborhood restaurant. Good menu selections. Tasty beverage and bar options as well. A bit crowded on weekends and can be quite loud making it difficult for conversation should you be seated in the center of the restaurant. Food was ample and seasoned well. Staff was a little stretched the night we dined. Recommend breakfast and lunch but elsewhere should you want dinner conversation. Not the restaurants fault, acoustics of the building. O real a good place to eat in the hood or should you live nearby.

Great birthday experience. I've been to Lot One a few times before for drinks, but last night was my first time trying the food. It was DELICIOUS, and certainly did not disappoint! The service was great too—much better (and friendlier/more efficient) than most other restaurants anymore. The ambiance is unique, and the owners seem very involved. I will definitely be returning to Lot One in the future!

loved this location for dining and drinks ! our server CJ was lovely, kind, and very attentive and it was his first day! the owner Jeff? stopped by often to check on us and even helped find me a cocktail I enjoyed (the whale?). relaxed, noisey enough to have varied conversations, comfortable seating and delicious food. a must for anyone out and about in the area.Parking: excellent free parking next to strip of shops

I went here for the first time recently. I have an autoimmune disease and cannot eat gluten and ordered an item I was told would be safe (the tahini bowl). It tasted great and all was well but I got incredibly ill from it and believe there must have been cross contamination.Dietary restrictions: This restaurant is not safe for people who cannot eat gluten due to autoimmunity.

Lot One was very busy the night we were there! Thus the reason why my salmon was over charred but still tasted good! The menu seems a little too trendy for me though. Nice place though!Parking: A little limited…Kid-friendliness: The kid is food was nicely presented!

Seriously one of the freshest, tastiest donuts I ever had!
Wow! This place is a hidden gem. Excellent food, drinks, and service. Breakfast: try the benedict(s), gravy/biscuits, or any egg combo poached. Don't forget to check out specials. Including "donut of the day".This is my second favorite place for poached eggs next to the Elizabeth Hotel in FoCo.There are several fun shops and such post meal within walking distance.Do your research, and make a day out of it.You may even consider biking or walking to this tasty local in nice weather. There's plenty of parking in a lot both east and south of the restaurant. The facility is very clean, including bathrooms. You can also make a reservation or sit at the bar without a reservation.Go local. Be impressed. Spread the word.

Two of us went for lunch today, and we ordered a Cuban Havana sandwich and a Ruben sandwich. Both sandwiches had very little meat on them. These are sandwiches known for piling high with the meats, and at $17 & $15, respectively, they were far from worth those prices. We definitely did not get what we paid for. The Ruben had maybe 3 thin slices of meat, and I had to do a double take to make sure there was actually some on the sandwich. The Cuban mainly was bread with maybe a couple scoops of shredded pork and a slice of ham. Also, both sandwiches did not have a very appetizing presentation as they were built sloppy. I would call this a mid to upper-scale restaurant with nice ambiance, so you would expect much better than this.Although our waitress was friendly, I did tell her about it, and she just kind of laughed it off and didn't offer up any consolation. This made me suspicious as it seems maybe they are doing this to save money. I understand things are more expensive these days, and there are places to cut costs, but this was definitely not acceptable. When you have an obvious issue like this, a good restaurant will address it and handle it with the customer. Not just laugh it off and not offer a solution. I usually don't complain, but this was an obvious issue that needed to be addressed. Hopefully Lot One can look into this and address the issue before it happens to other people.
