Lot 1 is fabulous. The pop up tasting for the new restaurant Agave Blue was superb. The ability to taste what the new restaurant will offer was truly an experience. (The new restaurant will open 2nd week of January 2026). The guacamole was wonderful, and unusual in my experience. It had feta, pepitas, cranberries and jalanpenos. The appetizer was a form of chile rellenos I have not had and the sauce again, was a taste delight. For an entree, I chose the sweet corn enchiladas....
The food, sadly, was pretty mediocre. The BBQ had burnt ends that were just pieces of brisket the were just burnt. The pork medallions were tasteless. Their tomato bisque wasn't too great either.
Had the opportunity to enjoy Agave Blues first pop up at Lot One, needless to say we'll be seeing you next Monday for the next one! Amazing and hats off to the staff and chef Oscar!
