Bummer! I specifically ordered The Philly Steak pizza without green bell peppers (allergy). As you can see in the picture, that is the complete opposite of what I bought and paid for.

Until recently, Marcos has been one of our go-to pizza chains. First time ordering from this location. We wanted to use a coupon code and as we tried to complete the order, the website said we were below the minimum order amount for delivery. We didn't want anything else but were forced to order more. The website was advertising new breadsticks so we decided to order those to meet the delivery minimum. When I reached checkout, I saw that there is a $6.50 delivery fee - and it doesn't count toward the order total. So, our $13 pizza turned into a $31 order including a tip for the driver which we paid upfront. Our order was delivered promptly and the pizza was still warm which was great. The breadsticks were another story.. they were so overdone thay were almost black and really hard dry. If that wasn't bad enough, we realized they didn't give us the marinara that was supposed to be included. So $31 for a $13 pizza, inedible breadsticks with no sauce, a ridiculous $6.50 delivery fee and a pre-delivery tip for the driver who didn't make sure our oder was complete. If we are paying a delivery fee, there shouldn't be an order minimum. We won't be back.

Ordered a pizza which was dropped prior to delivery. I called and spoke with the manager (10/13/24 - order #182) around 6:45pm. The manager tried to come up with an excuse for the condition of the pizza. I asked for a new pizza and the manager said he would send a new pizza out - it never arrived. Terrible customer service.

The quality was better than the 120th location, but now they can't get orders out without DoorDash's help...So, it takes the amount of time it says on the website to deliver the pizza, plus the time that it takes for the DD driver to get the order and drive to the store, pick it up and deliver to you..1hr20min later you get your pizza.. This last and final order from Marcos's delivery was 30min longer and the guy didnt speak english, so when he went past my house...I called him and all i got was, no habla englis.. This is the last time i spend my money on this garbage, besides the service the quality of pizza is at its lowest. I used to like to order pizza delivery-that has changed now, as Pizza hut, Dominos, and Marcos all suck! and the local rando pizza isnt available when i want it to be. Fax- I will save money and buy the frozen junk, but im learning to make pizza dough. lol

My pizza was burnt and cold. I ordered through their website because I hate doordash. But for some reason Marcos did not deliver my pizza it went to doordash I was not happy about. It took almost 1.5 hrs-i live in the neighborhood I also ordered green olives on my pizza and I got like four or five. I was super disappointed with my order and I order here quite frequently. unfortunately, I will not be ordering pizza from here in the future. I'm sure they will comment on this and apologize and tell me to fill out some feedback form. This is my feedback, that's what a review is.

Consistent quality and friendly service with good-vibes staff make this location my overall favorite... Beautiful views with outdoor seating and almost always has parking open right by the door (if not, an easy walk to the lot by the park down the street)

This is for the Five Parks/Arvada Location.. They have a great spot and this could really be a nice place to eat except for the best table in the place covered in restaurant supplies. Makes it feel cluttered and doesn't feel like a place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Kinda like eating in their supply room. The young man that rang us up was ok. No smile but did give us a coupon. At the end of our stay I spilt have a soda. I went to ask for a mop and was happy to clean it myself. The long haired mustached man I asked looked at me like I just kicked his dog. I told him I spilled my drink and I'd clean it. He rolled his eyes and his head at the same time. He came out and started cleaning it but refused to speak to me. I said aloud "My apologies ' and "I'm sorry man" but he refused to respond. I will not go back to this location.
