This is for the Five Parks/Arvada Location.. They have a great spot and this could really be a nice place to eat except for the best table in the place covered in restaurant supplies. Makes it feel cluttered and doesn't feel like a place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Kinda like eating in their supply room. The young man that rang us up was ok. No smile but did give us a coupon. At the end of our stay I spilt have a soda. I went to ask for a mop and was happy to clean it myself. The long haired mustached man I asked looked at me like I just kicked his dog. I told him I spilled my drink and I'd clean it. He rolled his eyes and his head at the same time. He came out and started cleaning it but refused to speak to me. I said aloud "My apologies ' and "I'm sorry man" but he refused to respond. I will not go back to this location.

Never again. Their new app is terrible, I’ve never gotten the sauce cup, and I’ve now waited more than 3 hours for delivery. Two failed Door Dash attempts (drivers were cancelled) and 90 minutes after a verbal promise of “we’ll redo and send it right out” is still waiting for a driver.

Called and ordered dinner at 6:24pm ended up eating at 8:15pm they said 40 minutes this isn’t the first time either I’m tired of never knowing if or when the delivery will show up with my cold pizza not ordering from this location again for the price you pay for this I know they can do

Ordered a pizza early to have delivered and it never showed up. Called and they didn’t have any drivers- fine don’t offer delivery then! They tell us the pizza was staying warm it’s all good. We go pick up pizza ourselves they offer a 50% discount on a pizza we had to pick up ourselves when expecting delivery. Oh wait the pizza was ice cold and terrible. Pizza Hut is better!

I wish I could give less stars but this is the lowest I can go. My bill was over $129. I set my delivery for 5pm and it came on time. I got everything but the family size Italian salad so I called the store and told them it was missing. The guy said. "I'm sorry and we will take it off the bill. I said that I wanted the salad so he said that it would be brought to me within 15 minutes. Over an hour later I realized that the salad never came. So I called again and spoke to the same guy who had delivered to me. He reluctantly agreed to have a fresh salad made for me and brought to me. When the salad arrived it was withered up, not fresh because it was the same salad that had been made and sitting since 4:30pm. Long story short, I had to go back to the store and tell the manager what had happened. I asked for a refund on the salad and a reversal of the tip that I had given, because the delivery kid lied about the delivery circumstances, the freshness of the salad, the fact that he was going to redeliver, all of it. Basically , the kid said that the receipt for the salad didn't print out and that was why he didn't see the salad, but the receipt was still taped to the salad with the time that it was made. It was just the delivery kid forgetting the salad but not wanting to make it right. I was promised a refund of the cost of the salad, over $15, and the tip, which was ten percent of the total. The manager was nice but I never got the refund. I would not recommend this Marco's Pizza at all. There is a better one right up the road. We are all paying way too much at restaurants these days so I don't think it is too much to ask to get all of the order. I don't think it is too much to ask for honesty and good service. I don't like having someone lie to my face or make promises that won't be kept. They won't get a second chance to ruin another dinner for me! I will order pizza somewhere else from now on.

Everything is an issue. They could screw up a two car parade. Doom and gloom for a neighborhood pizza place that should kill it. Sad. We will move on yet again from asscos pizza. Truly miss having Nick at the helm.

Called ahead to place an order. When I called, the person who answered confirmed this address was the location I called. Gave my name, the person who answered confirmed my order and name twice. They told me food would be ready in 40 min. I arrived 40min after I called. When I arrived they had no order for me. The supervisor told me I’m must have called the wrong store. Manager basically offered no solution just said “I have 35 orders right now”. Errors happen but how it was handled was disappointing. Ended up going to a competitor for our pizza instead.

The worst service and the worst website. I gave it another chance and I won't do it again. Our delivery was supposed to have already arrived and still not here. And...the pizza arrived over 30 minutes after promise time--so almost 2 hours from order--and delivery person dropped a pizza and so that one is gone. Never. Again. Whoever is managing this franchise is failing.

We ordered delivery while on vacation.. just received the order but we paid for 8 ranches and the delivery guy said it was in there… they were not in there at all so we just waisted money… kinda disappointed with that.. then the delivery guy said he forgot paper plates..

Place an order and hour and a half early in the day and they didn’t even start making the pizza until I showed up to pickup. They had to print the ticket order and make it on the spot. They claimed their “system” went down but there were 5-6 other customers who came in after me and picked up right on time. Pathetic. If you messed up just say you messed up. Needless to say it took 30 minutes of me waiting to get the pizza. Horrible.
