Mt. Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant

Absolutely amazing experience at Mt. Fuji Hibachi! The food was so good, we had the shrimp and filet mignon, and both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our hibachi chef was so friendly and hilarious, making the whole meal entertaining from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

We came to Mt. Fuji Hibachi for a team lunch celebration and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the hibachi experience made it fun for everyone. It was a great place to celebrate together as a team and enjoy a good meal. We highly recommend Mt. Fuji Hibachi and will definitely be back again!

Took my team in for an end of month lunch and everything was phenomenal. And the lunch specials were perfectly portioned to avoid the after lunch nap usually needed after a big meal. Our chef was funny and charismatic and we fully enjoyed it.

My wife literally refers to Mt. Fujitsu as my happy place. It's so fun. The food is always delicious, I've never finished the massive portions and who can argue with dinner and ale show??

Just perfect place to celebrate with our crew of nine, with kiddos. The chef was super kind, funny and so great with the table. Service was on point and we were comfortable and taken care of. Food was fresh, pricing was reasonable for Hibachi, and we all took home boxes with leftovers for the morning.

Good was decent, however it was hard to get our waitstaff to check our table. Kept getting our tables orders mixed up and mixed up the bills by over charging or under charge because they adding someone's meal to a different person bill.

We used to eat here all the time but won't be anymore. We ordered takeout last night which we do often and the food was chewy with no taste and cold. They do not use closed containers so the liquid from the meats leak all over your other food and all over the bag all the time. I have requested the last few times to use closed containers so this doesnt happen and they did not do it. We will not order anymore.

Took a coworker here for his birthday, apparently that's the thing to do bc every table had a birthday tonight! Didn't matter though, cook was fun and interacted well with everyone and the food was delicious!
