SO GOOD! Made me a sushi roll I have had other places but wasn't on their menu. Chicken hibachi lunch, soup and salad were all delicious. Friendly waitress and nice atmosphere

I had reservations to Mt Fuji with a group of 10 people for the hibachi dinner for my birthday. From the second we walked in not a single employee was friendly and felt as if we were being rushed even though the restaurant was empty and we were the only hibachi table. Our waiter acted annoyed as it was our fault for coming to dinner there. After serving us our drinks the waiter never once came by again to ask us how we were or if we needed any refills. I had to stop other servers to ask for anything. This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten there and experienced the worst service of my life. I guarantee it will be the last and I will forever tell people how terrible of a restaurant this is. Cherry on top they decided to add the tip to our $600+ bill when it was never deserved. I don’t know how this place is operable. Maybe it was discrimination? I guess we’ll see

Food was great, and cook was friendly but waiter was extremely rude. Spent about $500 here for a dinner with family and was rushed out within 45 minutes of sitting down with a reservation. I do not recommend at all.

I am a regular here. Today I was the only one dining here. I had the worst experience, rudest service and most unfriendly host/server. I have never been treated so poorly. Will not go back. Not sure what is going on here.

I really like hibachi. My Fuji Is a great mix of good food and fair prices. The hibachi chefs always make it fun, and the fried rice never disappoints. It's one of my go-to spots when I'm craving hibachi.

Update: came back at 730 from dinner and got sat at a table in the corner for over 45 minutes with little to no service. After 45 minutes we were told to move tables and then they piled all our old plates into one stack and brought them over to us, expecting us to use now dirty plates and forks(from appetizers). The server was then irritated that we requested new plates and silverware. Completely different experience from the last times I visited. Not impressed this time around at all. The chef really saved the whole experience he was great.

Honestly, since we walked in, it was bad service. The only good thing was the chef that was making the food but the waitress that took our order and brought drinks never smiled, never said you’re welcome and forgot part of our request. Also, when I didn’t give him a good tip was because of his service and he still had the audacity to talk about the tip right behind us and I saw it all, if you don’t like your job then please work somewhere else or do your job correctly. We also tipped the chef on the side because we liked his service more. this restaurant didn’t make me and my family feel welcome whatsoever and I will not come back. I’ve had better experience in other hibachi places and tipped double because it’s about the experience as well.

Not impressive look in a strip mall but it had some great food. I really enjoyed my spicy seafood and seaweed salad. It had a good portion of tuna and the spicy sauce was excellent on the fresh seaweed! My volcano roll was big and delicious. I’d definitely eat here again!

They have no idea how to honor a reservation. It feels like a Seinfeld episode.

Not good Hibachi food here, honestly. Calamari was low quality, and shrimp was extremely overcooked. The fried rice (which you have to pay extra for) and veggies had very little flavor to them. Our chef didn't bother to put on a show at all, which was disappointing. The server seemed irritated with our group's order as we had 2 people with food allergies. The only good thing about this restaurant is their sushi, period.
