Used to live like two blocks from here like 4 years ago. They were much better back then. Recently visited again and found the menu had completely changed. My favorite sandwichs are no longer there. The ones they do have are just not that good. They used to make an amazing french onion soup, unfortunately it is a near flavorless bowl of broth these days.
Food is usually quite good, service from staff has always been good in my experience, but their automated ordering kiosks are immensely frustrating. Most places self-check out is a bit faster, and I'm the kind of introvert who is usually happier not having to chat with strangers, but here the kiosks are a downgrade in basically every way. I'm usually there with a friend, who starts ordering with the kiosk while I wait for a person to order with, and even with waiting...

I recently traveled to Washington State and went to Panera, the same food item was cheaper and the latte was 1 dollar lower.
