My husband and I have been to Noodles and Company dozens of times over the years. This was our second time at this specific location. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It was excellent and actually a lot more spice than I would have expected, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the food was very good. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.
Staff and nice, inside is well decorated if not a little dim. Issue is the protein portion they serve, pulled pork is barely there in a bowl full of noodles.
Had a great experience, Mark was very polite and extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted for protein. Very clean and just overall a great atmosphere.

Noodles and Company offers a dimly lit, mysterious atmosphere, though the service can be inconsistent. The food is served quickly, ensuring it is warm and delicious. The cheesy garlic bread remains a popular menu item, though one location struggles to fully melt the cheese. Despite this, customers continue to order it, likely due to its convenience for nearby residents. The staff's kindness and professionalism have been praised, even when customers make mistakes with their orders.
The general manager is attentive and clearly cares about the business and customers. The Stroganoff, a limited-time menu item, is a customer favorite and should be a permanent offering. While the Smoked Gouda sauce on the tortellini was heavy and grainy, the food is generally well-received. The dimly lit interior can be a drawback, but the quick service ensures the food is served hot and fresh.
