Pier 8 Cajun Seafood & Bar in Arvada

Had a big party on Mother’s Day great service if you love seafood this is a place to check it out. Great price.

I love Cajun seafood! I recommend the crab legs.

Each time weve been there the majority of the staff is drunk and visibly taking multiple shots during shifts. Managers included.

The food was good, but the customer service from our waiter Kendall was AMAZING !!!! I will defintly be coming back due to the great service 🫶

I decided to try this place one more time after having a terrible experience last time.

Well this time wasn’t any better!!

We came in at about 830pm and sat in the bar, the bartender (female) greeted us but seemed to be drunk… as she was slurring her words and swearing a lot! After we got our food about 9pm it must of been staff shot time as multiple servers were taking shots together at the end of the bar including the bartender.

Seems the staff is allowed to drink while working, but having a wasted server is completely unacceptable!

Asked for a manager and come to find out she was one of the staff members that was taking shots! As being the manager I find that completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

Once again disappointing experience and won’t give this place any more of my money ever again! We will never be back.

The food was fantastic!! The oysters were much more fresh then hook and reel in my opinion more enjoyable, the captains feast was enjoyable and very kind service, all workers were very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Robert was very welcoming and kind from when we walked in to when we left. We will be back again at somepoint.

A group of 5 of us went to Pier 8 at the end of March. My Girlfriend and I frequently go there so we thought we would go to celebrate my birthday with some close friends. Everything was fine until 4 of the 5 of our party got extremely sick. In the next coming days. My girlfriend ended up going to the ER two seperate days because of her complications. Luckily I was the ONLY person that didn’t get sick. Contacting the Restaraunt’s manager, they had me email them the information over. After some back and forward they seemed like they were going to be very helpful and help cover some of the cost of the hospital bills. I have since contacted them several times via email and called directly to the facility. Three separate times I was promised by staff that the manager would be calling me back when they got in. The last email correspondence from them we received was on April 20th and I have since sent two emails. I am very disappointed as this was one of our favorite Restaraunts.

ROBERT! You are an awesome waiter thank you for being so attentive, fun, & helpful! Forever one of my favorite seafood boil spots in Colorado!!! Worth a try if you’re ever craving a boil

Robert was an amazing server and definitely made the experience awesome. I love how attentive he was I enjoyed my visit and will certainly come back. The food was also spectacular and the AYCE was such a great deal.
