Every time I go here there is something wrong with the food for someone in my party. This last visit was the last time I will come back! My husband's burger was raw!!!! The place was empty, so not sure why the cook was not able to make an edible meal. So disgusting!

Frustrated! Ordered on line -yesterday 04/12/2020 , had my order confirmation 133365249. When went there to pick it up Ruby Tuesday was closed and could not pick lunch up. I have been unsuccessfully calling RT since then.

I took my parents out for lunch, and we had a great time. My mother in particular loves talking to people so i really need to thank our waitress, Missy, for being so friendly and having a nice conversation with her. I'd love to bring them back to this location, and really hope we get another server like Missy!

Had an amazing experience! Jason was our bartender and he was absolutely terrific!! Super attentive, fast and efficient! It was super busy so I was really impressed with the amazing service he gave everyone there! Our drinks were fantastic, too! Everything was great and we will be back to see Jason again!

Tonight I had such a great experience. I have never tried Ruby Tuesday’s before but thought I’d try something different for a change. My server, Savannah, was so attentive and suggestive. She pointed me in the perfect direction of a strawberry lemonade and some bourbon chicken. She will be seeing me again very soon!

My last visit was amazing. Mostly due to employees/management. Savannah was one of the best employees I've come across in this line of work! Outstanding customer service skills, very approachable and nice. Couldn't have asked for a better waitress!

Came in and was served by Savannah, who had just started roughly a week ago but she is definitely no stranger to providing excellent, quality service. She made sure I was well accommodated had a very beautiful, bright smile that made me feel nice and comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this location because of this wonderful lady!

This Ruby Tuesday's was fantastic! The food was great and the service was exceptional! Missy was the best server we have had! We felt like we could talk to her about anything, and we did! The salad was delicious, and the burgers were cooked perfectly! I will definitely be coming back!

It was really crowded and busy tonight, so i expected service to be to slower or diminished and it wasn't! Our server Missy handled the busy night exceptionally well, our food still came quickly and tasted amazing, and she checked on us repeatedly to ensure we had everything we needed. I'm very impressed with the quality of service received.
