I’m sad they took all of the menus from the car hop parking spaces and that’s no longer an ordering option 😔 also they don’t follow the apps direction as far as how to operate mobile orders and what to do once you arrive .. but at the end of the day, they have half priced shakes after 5pm and we LOVE their ice cream 😍😛🍨🤤🍦(except for their other floats!!!🥴🙅🏼♀️😷😳😬🫣🤫!) -and they still have that at least, lol so we can’t complain...
I pulled in with a pretty large order for the family, bit it was pretty late at night closer to Sonics closing time so expectedly there was minimal staff, yet from the time I placed my order to the time the car hop brought my order to the car was less then 10 minutes!! I couldnt believe it! The car hop was exceptionally friendly with a warm welcoming smile. The food was SO fresh that upon arrival at my house which is a 12 minute drive...the food was still piping hot! Definitely...
Sonic has dramatically changed sense I reviewed their burgers back in the Summer of 2008.
My initial complaint concerns the food quality rather than inflation of price compared to value. Indeed times have changed the cost for quality has increased and Sonic provides the value of several non-comparable menu items against some restaurant chains. My order is always and shall consistently be the same item; hello I would like to order a green hatch chili burger served on Texas...
