Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and this particular one is the best I've been to across America. The orders are always quick and delicious. 😋 Also, the check in function through the app is really helpful to gain points towards free items! ❤
Charging me $2.25 to add sour cream to ky tacos and then not giving me the sour cream I paid for is actually crazy. Whats crazier is when I called your establishment after I arrived home and made this discovery, nobody knows how to answer the phone. You need to refund me my money and be better.

Ample parking is available in the Lloyd King shopping center, making it a convenient and kid-friendly option. The drive-through customer service was on point.
