Staying at a nearby hotel for a local event, I walked over early this morning shortly after their 0430 opening. Friendly welcome and service by Mick and the gentleman barista. My latte was perfect but something was off with my wife’s cortado. She said it just tasted a little like watered down coffee. So I walked back and asked Mick if he could make it right. Without hesitation he made another and noted that the original one may have been missing the cinnamon and brown sugar. All good! Situation made right! Thank you for the service 💪🏽

I walked in and an employee was here ALL ALONE due to scheduling Buddy killed it and did not buckle under pressure and was courteous to everybody and even apologizing that they couldn’t get our orders to us fast enough. I am leaving this five star review for Buddy. Starbucks you need to give Buddy a raise Because anybody else would’ve buckled under pressure and locked the doors and went home

Ever since they remodeled and reopened it this new staff is horrendous. They are slow in the morning incredibly slow. And if you ask for anything heated up good luck it's going to be ice cold.

Did your barista just purposely make me the wrong drink and not look me in the eyes? Swear there’s really nice workers or ones with full blown attitudes. Sorry I was quick to pick up my mobile order..but I’m not sure there’s even coffee in this

Right now at least, this Starbucks is by far the best. I drive the extra distance because the Starbucks which is two minutes from my house can't make a match tea drink without making it half ice and half foam. There is one barista that can make it correct but but that is a shot in the dark I can't afford at $7 dollars a drink. This Starbucks currently has a trained staff that makes a good match tea. So, I will keep driving the extra distance for that. Thank you.
Vegetarian options: My blood type does not allow me to be vegetarian or vegan, otherwise I would. I have tried and I get horribly sick.
Dietary restrictions: Whatever you want is available.
Parking: It's the suburbs. There is a world of parking all around. And handicapped parking right up front.
Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids that love coffee or tea or a snack or any of the wonderful beverages there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors and parking and they have a great app that lets you order ahead so you do not have to even wait in line. However, if you love to wait in line or creates lines of waiting the line is wide enough for any form of handicap including wheelchairs. I suggest ordering on the app however to save time and money.
