Every time I seem to go by after 5, they're closed even though the sign says 9:30, and there's no sign or anything to let anyone know that they close early. Today was one of those days. I walked in a bit after 5 because the sign said they were open. A really rude woman told me that they were closing. Maybe put up a sign or lock the door next time?

Irritating when I pick up my to go order and get back to work and its wrong. The girl working was sitting at a booth on her phone. Now I remember why I stopped eating at subway. Jimmy John's from now on.

There was 4 people ahead of me. Only 1 girl was working. The manager came in and helped for a few minutes with another girl 45 minutes later im finally paying. She told me the total was 22.98 but the screen showed 25.27 when I questioned her it was too late and she insisted I added a tip WHY WOULD I EVER ADD A TIP IF IT'S CARRY OUT AND IT TOOK THEM ALMOST AN HOUR. AS WELL AS HELP THE PERSON BEHIND ME AND MY MOTHER FIRST WHEN WE WERE THERE FIRST. THATS THE COST FOR BEING BROWN & NOT WHITE.😡😡😡😡

The customer service here is outstanding, especially L. However, the facilities could use some attention. The bathroom has been out of order for two months, and fixing it would require just a $8.99 part and about ten minutes. If needed, I’d be happy to handle this much-needed maintenance myself for $149.99. Additionally there is no hand soap only hand sanitizer, which is in the hand soap dispenser. This is an easy fix. I would gladly do it for $89.99.

This has always been my favorite location. I have been a loyal Subway customer for years. However, my last experience was less than enjoyable. I added two cookies to my normal order. The cookies were hard as a rock. I tried softening them up in the microwave and even that didn’t work. I have also noticed during my past several visits that they are putting less meat on their subs. I will unfortunately be taking a break from Subway.

Went in about a month ago with a coupon that they refused to take because they apparently were losing money on the deal. They gave me some sandwich vouchers to compensate. That’s fine. Went in tonight with said vouchers and they refused to take them. They refused the vouchers they gave me for their poor service. This store will never receive a dime from me again and honestly it’s the skimpiest Subway I’ve ever been to. They give you half the meat and twice the lettuce. I doubt it’ll last much longer.

This location always seems to have issues, can't accept cash, out of most of the cheeses, no meatballs, bread is hard and stale. Everything is insanely expensive for what you get. Remember $5 footlongs? Now they're $15 footlongs
