The customer service here is outstanding, especially L. However, the facilities could use some attention. The bathroom has been out of order for two months, and fixing it would require just a $8.99 part and about ten minutes. If needed, I’d be happy to handle this much-needed maintenance myself for $149.99. Additionally there is no hand soap only hand sanitizer, which is in the hand soap dispenser. This is an easy fix. I would gladly do it for $89.99.

This has always been my favorite location. I have been a loyal Subway customer for years. However, my last experience was less than enjoyable. I added two cookies to my normal order. The cookies were hard as a rock. I tried softening them up in the microwave and even that didn’t work. I have also noticed during my past several visits that they are putting less meat on their subs. I will unfortunately be taking a break from Subway.

Went in about a month ago with a coupon that they refused to take because they apparently were losing money on the deal. They gave me some sandwich vouchers to compensate. That’s fine. Went in tonight with said vouchers and they refused to take them. They refused the vouchers they gave me for their poor service. This store will never receive a dime from me again and honestly it’s the skimpiest Subway I’ve ever been to. They give you half the meat and twice the lettuce. I doubt it’ll last much longer.

This location always seems to have issues, can't accept cash, out of most of the cheeses, no meatballs, bread is hard and stale. Everything is insanely expensive for what you get. Remember $5 footlongs? Now they're $15 footlongs

I have filed a complaint with osha for the inhumane work conditions you subject these employees to. It's easily 20 to 30 degrees hotter inside subway than it is outside, especially on 100 degree days. It's disgusting that the store owner thinks this is OK and if I saw them in person, I'd have some unpleasant words to exchange with that cheap, greedy POS.
On the positive side, the staff is incredible. I couldn't imagine coming to work and putting a smile on my face in these circumstances. They are still kind, patient, hard working and courteous. They deserve a bonus or a pain and suffering wage increase for working for such a terrible establishment. I'll also be contacting subway corporate to make sure this store owner never gets another store bc this is a misrepresentation of their brand. Taking advantage of hard working, decent employees so you can profit a little bit more has to be the worst type of buisness owner. You're the worst. Staff, you're the best. Thank you.

This place is absolutely trash. I went in to order as a customer and it's 100 degrees on their thermostat. There is dirt all over the fans. I ate the food and it made me so sick to my stomach. The meat probably boiled bad. The poor girl working there was so amazingly sweet. I'm worried for her health working consistently in that heat

I would like to give a big thanks to Logan, Amish and the team for an awesome event that they catered for us. We needed 400 sandwiches, divided into 3 different types of sandwiches, delivered to us by 10:30am for a work event and they were amazing. Everything arrived on time with extras included. Logan and Amish were fantastic to work with and helped us with making the right decisions for our order. We were so impressed with everything and our staff greatly appreciated their delicious sandwich boxes that included chips and a cookie. We look forward to working with you all again in the future and will recommend this Subway to all of our colleagues and friends if they need anything. Thanks again!
