went in for lunch today ordered a roast beef and avocado, the avocado was a creamy paste didn't taste great but was ok even though it was all over the outside of sandwich as for the roast beef not sure what it was but it wasn't roast beef very salty and chewy even though it was a ground up substance! another $10 wasted!!!

A couple of months ago, I made an online order here, only to find that they were closed upon my arrival. I had to chase Subway down for a refund.
Today, after making another online order, upon our arrival, the guy working says he has to go on his 20 minute break before making our food. Is that what this franchisee tolerates?
Walked in at 8:23pm. Told were closed and door locked behind me. But yall open till 930 it says so on the door?

Absolutely terrible. Save the money and go to a different subway with hopefully a better attitude. I went in several months ago, a wonderful employee was working! She informed us that she was quitting and it was her last day. Super disappointing because she actually cared about our food being good. However, I believe on Wednesday, my friend and I went in. He was getting two sandwiches while I got one. My friend went first, and as his sandwiches were being made, I continued to stand at the end of the sandwich bar, where the bread, meat, and cheese were. She asked my friend if he wanted his sandwiches toasted, he said yes, she toasted them, and was about to continue to put on the vegetable and sauces for his sandwiches. But she stopped and asks if there were anymore sandwiches, I was standing 3-5 feet from my friend at this point clearly waiting for my turn. Honestly, she did not have a great attitude to begin with, especially once my sandwich was being made. Anyways, I noticed that she was putting the cheese on the bread for my friends sandwich. I did not want this so I attempted to specifically say “chicken, bacon, and then provolone.” Yes, perhaps I could have asked her to put the cheese on the meat but I did not want to upset her any more than she already was. Also, there are at least three types of chicken, she did not even ask what chicken I wanted. Usually, they ask, and even then, I don’t know what chicken is what. (I believe there is one that is unmistakeable from the others, but there are still 2 other types). Anyways, while she began making my sandwich, my friends’ were sitting on the counter getting cold since she waited to ask about any other sandwiches till after she pulled them out. Then, she finished my friends sandwiches and began the vegetables for mine. I got like 8 pieces of the lettuce strips and 4 leafs of spinach. The tomato’s, jalapeños and extra olives I asked for were plenty. I also got ranch, which was plenty for me because I do not like a lot, but I will say compared to what they usually put on, it was a very small amount. Moving on, we paid and thanked her. Once we got home, I opened my sandwich and it was upside down so everything fell out. She also did not try to close my sandwich. I understand not squishing it but how open it is in the photos, was how it was originally wrapped. As for the olives, I think it is a little ridiculous that I asked twice for extra olives. The first time she put olives, there were maybe 6, which is why I asked for “triple” olives; the initial time and twice after. Just pretty sad experience, especially for how expensive it is.

Their hours posted on Google and their hours posted on their door are not accurate. I placed an order for pick up at 9pm through the app, the order was accepted. I showed up at 8:35pm and it was locked up and dark. Needless to say someone needs to update some hours somewhere. My order was canceled at 8:47pm by the store.
I've been to this location multiple times during open hours and they always closed when they are supposed to be open

Every time I seem to go by after 5, they're closed even though the sign says 9:30, and there's no sign or anything to let anyone know that they close early. Today was one of those days. I walked in a bit after 5 because the sign said they were open. A really rude woman told me that they were closing. Maybe put up a sign or lock the door next time?

Irritating when I pick up my to go order and get back to work and its wrong. The girl working was sitting at a booth on her phone. Now I remember why I stopped eating at subway. Jimmy John's from now on.

There was 4 people ahead of me. Only 1 girl was working. The manager came in and helped for a few minutes with another girl 45 minutes later im finally paying. She told me the total was 22.98 but the screen showed 25.27 when I questioned her it was too late and she insisted I added a tip WHY WOULD I EVER ADD A TIP IF IT'S CARRY OUT AND IT TOOK THEM ALMOST AN HOUR. AS WELL AS HELP THE PERSON BEHIND ME AND MY MOTHER FIRST WHEN WE WERE THERE FIRST. THATS THE COST FOR BEING BROWN & NOT WHITE.😡😡😡😡

Good food, friendly employees
The customer service here is outstanding, especially L. However, the facilities could use some attention. The bathroom has been out of order for two months, and fixing it would require just a $8.99 part and about ten minutes. If needed, I’d be happy to handle this much-needed maintenance myself for $149.99. Additionally there is no hand soap only hand sanitizer, which is in the hand soap dispenser. This is an easy fix. I would gladly do it for $89.99.
The bread looks like it's been torn apart and holy shit the amount of sauce is wild!
