Need to hire people who speak English! I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 4 times then to have to wait to get someone else who has a better understanding of English to take my order. It gets frustrating when you’re in a rush on your lunch break or a quick dinner. Then when I didn’t get all my drinks I asked for my last drink( went through drive through) and he was arguing with me that I didn’t order it. Had to give him my receipt to get what I ordered. Ridiculous!

Order is never correct. We generally use the drive through and our order is messed up each time. This is the 3rd time I've ordered Chicken Soft Taco Supremes and we get home to a taco with literally no meat and it's not a supreme. The last two times our Chili-cheese burritos were all tortilla with nothing in them. Not worth the value!! Such a bummer as we were excited to have a new option in the area.

Went there on a Monday and they randomly shut down at 6:00pm. They told a couple that came in they were closing and made them leave and then locked the door behind them. Then shooed us out. The hours on the door said they didn’t close until 10pm. Really weirded me out and won’t be going back.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Did the drive thru just after noon, placed an online order. Was a bit confused about what they considered mobile ordering when they asked, thought they wanted to know if I was presenting a four digit code. Attendant was pretty rude about it when clarifying. I don't expect a long conversation but didn't say a word when giving me my order. Food was pretty sloppy, hard taco was wet and soggy. Do not recommend.

I went through the drive-thru early this afternoon with a coupon and watched the cashier ask her manager, Daniela, a question regarding it, and was met with extremely rude answers and attitude. She yelled at her cashier in front of customers and other employees and made the whole situation very embarrassing and tense (all because the cashier asked a question?). I was talked to in a passive aggressive tone by her and this is not the first time something like this has happened as I live very close and visit this taco bell location the most. The work atmosphere is unhealthy and it seems that the manager does not care to scream at and embarrass employees publicly (super unprofessional if you ask me). Fast food is meant to be quick and easy, not tense and heavy.

Waited at the register for 10 minutes got looks but not a single worker took my order. It wouldn't surprise me if they asked for help to get your food ready.

Literally every employee watched me stand waiting to order and did nothing. Kept right on doing what they were doing without even bothering to greet or anything at all. Completely unacceptable. I'll NEVER stop here again. Not ever

Please train your employees so that it is consistent. It’s hit or miss whether your food will be good depending on who makes it!

Clean lobby by and restroom by Taco Bell standards, pretty fast service and 100% order accuracy the times I’ve been here.

But the one white girl who works the counter is so rude. Wears the bill of her hat over her eyes, looks down at the ground, refuses to talk to customers. I tried to ask her for a drink carrier and she pretended like I didn’t exist. Been to this location several times and have never seen her smile once. I get it, working in fast food sucks, but you don’t have to pass that misery onto your customers.

i have an embarrassing amount of taco bell points and go often and this has been the worst taco bell I've been to. they have completely messed up our order on two different occasions, giving us the entirely wrong food. everything takes too long and one of the workers morning/midday doesn't even do anything the guy just stands there. the manager is never in so we can never get anything fixed and when the food takes 30 minutes there's no one to refund and let us get out. this is the worst run taco bell in the area by far.
Also I got the easiest thing ever, a cheese quesadilla with extra sauce and some nacho fries and my SAUCE IS HALF FULL AND THERE NO EXTRA SAUCE ON MY QUESADILLA it's insane how difficult they make it seem.

This is a newer Taco Bell so it's not perfect. We love having a Taco Bell closer to home. The drive-thru worker was very attentive with a complicated order I had, and everything came out correct. Very impressed with this location!

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and quickly tended to an issue with the soda machine. Food arrived quickly too.

No one wants unseasoned cinnamon twists. The rest of the food was decent. Staff not all that friendly.
