EVERY TIME I ORDER PICK UP THE RIBS ARE BURNT SERVICE AT PICK UP WINDOW IS BAD. DO NO ASK FOR EXTRA BUTTER FOR BUNS YOU WILL NOT GET BUT 1 LITTLE CONTAINER. FRIES WERE SPARSE AND COVERED BY SAUCE FROM RIBS UGH UGH !!!!!!!!!!!
ASHLEY WAS SOOO WONDERFUL AND HANDLED MY PROBLEM. SHE IS "THE BEST" AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS THERE BECAUSE OF HER AND HER GREAT PERSONALITY!!!!!!!
We were refused service for no reason. We literally walked in some 6 worthless individuals standing there ignored us for several minutes. When they jumped to seat the couple that walked in behind us, we walked out. I'm not sure what rude comments they were making at us as we left, but we called from the parking lot to ask the manager Shebreah (I have no idea how to spell it) for a phone number for a corporate or district office and she rudely told me she didn't have anything like...read full review
