It is very disappointing to hear about the incredibly racist, nasty note (written on a playing card!) in a kiddo's meal last week. BUT, it is even more troubling to hear that the manager has little to offer other than complacency. This is a big deal. We will no longer spend our money at this or any Wendy's until the company makes clear it's policies regarding the handling of such horrible behavior, as well as any protocols for increasing tolerance and respect among it's staff.
