Perfect breakfast with perfect views. You’re able to truly enjoy every bite in an unrushed setting. Great options on the menu. Ate here twice for breakfast and each day the flavors were fantastic. Beautiful views of Aspen mountain

This place is incredible! Absolutely beautiful and in a gorgeous location at the base of the mountain. The food is delicious with both gluten-free and vegan options already on the menu. I’ve eaten dinner here twice already in my 4 days in Aspen. The chef, Alexis, is really talented. He understands how to balance intense and beautiful and diverse flavors across hearty bison chili, Korean fried cauliflower, and Baja miso cod tacos. The prices seem almost unfair in how affordable this restaurant is for the quality you’re getting. Also come take photos here for sure. It’s super cute and lends itself well to photo ops. Alsooooo the service is so top notch. Incredibly attentive servers who seem to go above and beyond. Don’t miss this experience while you’re visiting Aspen.

I'm not really sure what to add here bc the food is just not really THAT great and at the time, they were understaffed. Felt bad for the staff bc it seemed like they were doing five million things at once.

Poke bowl was outstanding as was the stuffed chicken - if you love a little kick to your food - highly recommend 39 Degrees - our server was amazing - so attentive - 5 stars!! One of our aspen favorites!!

Hard to understand waiter. Very limited menu. One dish with meat was labeled vegetarian. And some dishes that were vegetarian were not labeled as so. We pointed this out to the waiter who said it was a new menu and he guessed there were mistakes.

Poor service. Bad food. Dishes and bottles were dirty. Meat was bad.

Chef Torres took the time to come out and speak on the special plate menu and it was overall a lovely experience. Would absolutely recommend. I will certainly look for more special menus by him.

I had my birthday there and Justine made me feel at home, She was very kind and helpful ! Simply, she made my day ? If you visit Aspen, you definitely have to come to this place !!

This is in the W hotel. Definitely other reviews about it feeling like a night club are accurate. We still decided to go. The food was excellent and service was also great. I'm sure this turns into a party spot later in the evening. Overall a good time but if you're looking for a casual restaurant vibe, this may not be it.

Very poor experience in every way. Given all the wonderful options in Aspen with strongly recommend that one void this place. We ordered main courses and soup for all three diners. It took quite a long time for the soup to come, but when it did, we had not even taken three bites, when another waiter brought out all of our main courses, while we still had full soup bowls in front of us. I mention that the timing with the spacing could be better and there was no apology. There was no offer to take the main courses away and bring them back later just sheepish looks of confusion. My main course was of varying temperatures with part of the vegetables, still cold, and the meat lukewarm so that none of it was tasty. Finally, $230 for three bowls of soup and three marginal main courses is overpriced, even for Aspen. Ajax Tavern is a much better choice, as is Kenichi, Matsuhisa, Cache Cache, etc.

As a last minute reservation it was ok. It is not really a restaurant but part of the hotel bar. The service was slow even though the place was not busy. The glasses on the table where they seated us were already used. When moving to another table, same thing. The small plates we had were good.

This restaurant no longer exists. We had made a reservation using OpenTable; which, demanded a deposit per seat for the reservation. Turns out the restaurant no longer exists. Instead, the Westin hotel is offering a lobby lounge space with a bar menu. Our server, Craig, told us that 39 degrees has been closed since Covid. As the menu was not the same as the menu presented to us via OpenTable, we opted to leave.

This restaurant is inside the W. We ate here 7 times while staying at the hotel. 6 or 7 orders were incorrect and had to be remade at least partially. The serving staff it seemed had never served anyone, at least at the beginning/middle of the week, but got better on Friday/Saturday. Perhaps the more experienced staff works the weekend. Would not recommend overall.

We sat down ready to go about 8/8:15. We took out time to look at the menu and make our decisions to order drinks and appetizers. Drinks took 35 minutes and they came out the same time as the starters. From there we ordered our food so about 8:40 we ordered our main food there's only 8 of us btw. It's now 10 and we have not gotten any of our food, so far they were decent enough to comp the tab which at this point with how (holy cow) over priced everything is $27 for a burger whatever it's aspen... as I'm writing it's now 10:05 and 3 of us have our food. We had bought out a bar to take over for 10-2 so us being late for this investment really added to the stress. Once we all got our food we had to scarf it down so we wouldn't be starving the rest of the night. It was decent food (overcooked) but we were actually offered another round of drinks on the house for the inconvenience but didn't have time to even touch it because we had to leave immediately. I was to thank them for comping a ~ $600 tab but they need to work on ticket times. And it shouldn't take 20 minutes for the "manager" to show up and actually talk to us and apologize for food taking an hour. Anyways, thank you aspen for the fun but we'll be finding a different place for food.
