Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!”

The wine list is also very good offering a variety of choices , including half bottles. We only wished that the Tasting menu did not have to apply to the entire table as some of us are unable to eat that much.”

“One of my favorite restaurants in the US is Daniel in NYC. Bosq reminds me of that restaurant with the quality and creativity of dishes and the warm and inviting feeling you get dining there. The staff, Natalie in our case, and Sergei made my wife and me feel as if we were regulars. In fact, it was their warmth that set the mood for a spectacular experience. We started our first date with Bosq's 7-course chef tasting with the pairing selected by Nick. Now Nick is an interesting sommelier. He is knowledgeable and approachable. At the end of our gastronomic experience, Chef Barcley introduced himself, as he appeared to do with all of the diners. I explained to Chef Barclay, that his cooking reminded me of Chef Daniel Boulud. He was slightly taken aback and then stated he has worked with Chef Boulod. Chef Barcley's cooking is world class. My wife and I enjoyed it so much, I canceled one of our reservations to dine at Bosq twice during our week long stay in Aspen. If you want world class food and spectacular service, I highly recommend Bosq. If we lived near Aspen, we would most certainly be regulars!”

Igor and his serving partner (I didn’t get his name) were fantastic and very attentive. I was able to get the Black Pepper Fettuccine made vegetarian, and it may have been the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back when I return to Aspen!”

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “I recently celebrated my good friends 30th birthday at Duemani. To say we had an incredible experience would be an understatement. The team went above and beyond to make our evening special. From custom printed menus with the birthday boys name, to allowing us to play our own music when the dining room emptied out, every effort was made to tailor our experience perfectly. Every dish we had was outstanding and there is such a variety of amazing clean/healthy food on the menu. We drank incredible wine served in Zaltos (if you know you know) and were handed homemade soft serve ice cream on our way out.
As someone in the restaurant buisness as well, I was blown away by the hospitality and left feeling inspired.

The food was amazing for a brewery, and we enjoyed both NA and the Aspen Brewery beers on tap.
The environment was very fun! We had a baby in our party, and she loved the awesome music selection that had her dancing and entertained for most of our meal.
If we lived in the area, I would be a regular!”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Stranahan’s in Aspen while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with fresh flowers on the table and everything beautifully presented.

We shared the potatoes and a vegetable tray with homemade hummus, and both were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The highlight, though, was the whiskey flight with the chocolate pairing. Such a fun and memorable way to experience the different whiskeys.

What really made the evening special was the hospitality. As soon as Brahan found out we were celebrating our anniversary, he went out of his way to make us feel incredibly welcome and even treated us to a complimentary pour of their Cherry Soda Single Malt, which was absolutely incredible.

It was exactly the kind of thoughtful, memorable experience you hope for on a milestone anniversary. Fantastic whiskey, beautiful atmosphere, great food, and genuinely wonderful hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back.”

Overall, it’s a great place to eat, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re skiing in Snowmass and looking for a quality dining option on the mountain.”

“It is with great pleasure I am able to successfully report that there is a fantastic lunch burrito in town. After a ten year search across the roaring fork valley for a quick, easy and tasty lunch burrito - Louis Swiss Bakery has really done it. Under the stewardship of incredible leaders, this team was able to synthesize a perfect twenty bite, take away chicken burrito which is finely complimented with a nice green salsa. Do I have any recommendations for how they can take this further? Of Course, and the phone lines remain open, but I don't want the potential for future progress to impede what a herculean accomplishment this burrito really is. Rice, black beans, a little cheese, some peppers and chicken, are composed into a well wrapped tortilla which is quickly seared (thank God), and double wrapped in both paper and tin foil for secure transportation. It's easy to grab, fits well in the hand, and can be picked up for the hot case at a moments notice. In the busy land of July in Aspen, this convenience is not only a privilege but a necessity. Although I do have a professional background in Burrito reviewing, I'll have to throw out the California oriented taqueria playbook here as elevation and a restrictive food shipping environment weight heavily in my judgement. You're right, we won't get the same flavor notes as Puentez Taqueria or El Farolito, but we have to work with what we have, and measure by local standards, and by these local standards along with the above outlined metrics of QUICK, EASY, and TASTY BURRITOS - Louis Swiss has accomplished a tour de force Lunch burrito which I will be a happy consumer of, for years to come.
(As a quick aside, perhaps we can talk about adding some guacamole, and or pico de gallo? )”

“Had an awesome lunch at Jüs Café and will absolutely be back. I ordered the Poulet sandwich and it was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Perfectly balanced and super fresh — made with a lemon aioli instead of being weighed down by mayo, plus currants, raisins, celery… just delicious and really thoughtfully done.

My housemates ordered the truffle egg salad sandwich — twice — which tells you everything. They were raving about it from the first bite.

Prices are very reasonable considering this is Aspen/Snowmass, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the space is comfortable with a great view of the mountains. A perfect spot for a casual but high-quality lunch. Highly recommend.”
