I had the most incredible week at Aspen Meadows resort. It started as a surprise. I had no idea where my boyfriend was taking me on vacation until the plane ride. Aspen Meadows is a restaurant located in the basement of a resort property. It offers fantastic setting and food, with unusual dishes presented beautifully. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and the menu changes frequently. Prices are somewhat high, but the experience is considered one of Aspen's best restaurants.
