Amazing restaurant! We had the black truffle pizza which I loved. The ragu and lamb pasta was also delicious! Love the place, great service!
I recently had dinner at St. Ambrose in Aspen, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—attentive, polished, and perfectly paced throughout the evening.
The standout dishes were truly exceptional. The Paccheri Rosa, with roasted cherry tomatoes, white wine, peperoncino, shallots, a touch of cream, and 24-month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, was rich, balanced, and deeply flavorful without feeling heavy.

As an Italian food lover, I had to try this place while in Aspen and I’m so glad I did! The ambiance was amazing — cozy, welcoming and perfect for a nice meal. I asked if they could make my spaghetti spicy and even though it wasn’t as spicy as I usually eat, I really appreciated that they customized it for me instead of serving it mild. The drink I ordered was super refreshing and honestly, I enjoyed everything about the experience.

Sant Ambroeus Aspen Restaurant provides great service and food. The black truffle pizza, rigatoni, and cacio e pepe are notable dishes. The restaurant also serves excellent desserts, including Pistachio gelato and Gianduja. The service is outstanding and friendly, making for a great experience.
