It is with great pleasure I am able to successfully report that there is a fantastic lunch burrito in town. After a ten year search across the roaring fork valley for a quick, easy and tasty lunch burrito - Louis Swiss Bakery has really done it. Under the stewardship of incredible leaders, this team was able to synthesize a perfect twenty bite, take away chicken burrito which is finely complimented with a nice green salsa. Great bakery near the Aspen Airport.
Got the chipotle chicken empanada, and dear god it changed my life. Chocolate croissant and latte were also good but I will def be back for more empanadas!
