’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Always wonderful! Great food, service and ambiance.
Great little hidden gem! Visited for a breakfast on our way out of town. The pancakes are fantastic.

Mawa's Kitchen in Aspen is a hidden gem worth the visit. Located across the street from the airport, it offers unique and delightful buttermilk pancakes that are some of the best around.
