“If you happen to be staying at The Little Nell or visiting Aspen make brunch reservations at Element 47. Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“This place has really great food. Been there 3 times now. Love the food and ability to walk right in and get a table most times. Only issue is that all 3 times I’ve been there.—the food comes out cold/room temp. It must sit for a while before they bring it. This is not a one off issue. You fix this and you get 5 stars.“

We had an amazing experience at Meat & Cheese! The atmosphere was cozy, and the selection at the butcher shop was top-notch. We always enjoy sitting on the patio and people watching. The charcuterie board was beautifully arranged, featuring a variety of delicious flavors. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations especially Jordan and Sam. A must-stop for every Aspen visit.“

“Had a lovely experience at Ellina. The ambiance and outdoor seating is comfortable and elegant. The staff was kind and attentive, and took special attention to make sure my food wasn't contaminated with gluten (I have celiacs, husband does not). The prosciutto and tuna tartar was great; husband had the black pepper fettuccini and French onion soup and said all was amazing. Thank you! Highly recommend.

“Really nice food with good service. Servers were awesome and the view is beautiful. Food has some flavor and good taste. A little pricey on everything but you are in Aspen soooo… it’s all pricey. House chips are amazing and fresh, biscuits are nice and flakey with some buttery aftertaste and the fresh sauces and jams are to die for.“

“This place is incredible! Absolutely beautiful and in a gorgeous location at the base of the mountain. The food is delicious with both gluten-free and vegan options already on the menu. I’ve eaten dinner here twice already in my 4 days in Aspen. The chef, Alexis, is really talented. He understands how to balance intense and beautiful and diverse flavors across hearty bison chili, Korean fried cauliflower, and Baja miso cod tacos. The prices seem almost unfair in how affordable this restaurant is for the quality you’re getting. Also come take photos here for sure. It’s super cute and lends itself well to photo ops. Alsooooo the service is so top notch. Incredibly attentive servers who seem to go above and beyond. Don’t miss this experience while you’re visiting Aspen.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“A bit disappointed by our visit. We made a reservation about 2 months out, assuming we'd be in the main dining room. But we were out in the bar/lounge, which has a completely different vibe. The server didn't know about which options were vegetarian, vegan, etc. The dishes were only okay. Such a shame.“

“This little hide away bar is cozy and personal. It was a treat to stop here. We came all the way from Parker because of a Tiktok and it did not disappoint! We met and chatted with the owner/manager and he indulged our mutual love of K Pop music by playing some K Pop music while we ate! Such a great experience! “Not a detail was missing from this incredibly well thought out tasting menu from start to fabulous finish. Chef Mark, pastry chef Mika and owner Marianne all came to our table.
This lovely environment has floral and table decor that is stunning in detail as is the lighting and artwork. But we are foodies first and will be so proud when their Michelin stars are awarded. We will surely return.“
