Delicious restaurant with great vegetarian options. This is the most beautiful dining experience we found in Aspen. They were also very helpful in accommodating an earlier seating than our original reservation and our request for a booth seat.
My experience at Snow Lodge Aspen was extremely disappointing. To start off, our reservation was at 9:30, we got seated at 10:10 … the service was mid, and furthermore, the food was super bland. $32 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce that I could’ve made at home. it’s surprising that they call their restaurant Italian, such a shame. Lovely place!, the ambiance, decor, music!!!, they have a DJ and live music!, candles everywhere… love it!The food was ok but the service not so much, it feels like the waiter put pressure on us to order what he wanted… never treated us bad, but kind of “fake nice”I wish they add more vegan options soon!
