The Shadow Mountain Lounge sits inside the St. Regis hotel. Came here a couple of times and it was very good each time. Perfect for a quick bite in a relaxing yet trendy environment. Service was great each time. Food: tried the butternut squash soup - very good, creamy and delicious. The truffle Parmesan fries are a must. Many reasons the St Regis is so great. My favorite being the Shadow Mtn Lounge. All the bartenders and servers were absolutely fantastic. The favorite being The bartender from Peru. Hugo.. A chef at heart. His creativity and pallet are evident in all of his cocktails. Personable, friendly and fun. I will certainly be back.
