“If you happen to be staying at The Little Nell or visiting Aspen make brunch reservations at Element 47. Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“Parc has always been consistent in service and quality of food. The dishes are superb with distinct flavors and combinations. The wine list is also very good offering a variety of choices , including half bottles. We only wished that the Tasting menu did not have to apply to the entire table as some of us are unable to eat that much.“

“Pricey, but worth it! J-Bar was recommended to us by local friends and we loved it. A fun stop during our day trip to Aspen. The place has plenty of history and has been a social spot in Aspen for generations. The Old West vibe is still very much alive, which is rare in a city that has more hipster spots than anything else. My partner and I both enjoyed our cocktails. We sat at the bar, but there were plenty of tables too.

Service was decent, if a little inconsistent. Our first server was fine but seemed somewhat checked out, while the second one randomly brought us bar snacks around our second drink (nuts, and they were delicious). Left me wondering why the first server didn’t do the same.

The cocktails are pricey, $20+ with a 22% gratuity automatically added to the check, but it IS Aspen after all. The local beers were fairly priced, which was a nice surprise.“

“First time at Belly Up Aspen and we absolutely loved it! Such a great, intimate venue with an awesome vibe. We came to see Colby Acuff and the music was incredible! The whole atmosphere made for such a fun night. Definitely a great spot to catch live music in Aspen!“

“Me and my boyfriend went here for a romantic evening and had such a blast! We had Dewi and Mika as our servers they both made our night so fun and had a blast with drinks and shots. We live in Denver so definitely will have to come back sometime! Music was a vibe and the atmosphere was amazing.“

“WOW, such amazing food and service! I sat inside, although the outside area was absolutely gorgeous and very unique, with tables sprinkled on platforms as you descend the stairs to go inside. Igor and his serving partner (I didn’t get his name) were fantastic and very attentive. I was able to get the Black Pepper Fettuccine made vegetarian, and it may have been the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back when I return to Aspen!“

“Ordered the smoked salmon dip, small charcuterie board and fried chicken bites and a cocktail. All the food was delicious and very fresh. Everything was a bit pricey but that’s Aspen for you. They have some incentive boards and unique small plates all done well. If you are in the area and looking for lunch or dinner I would highly recommend this place!“

“Khan, our fabulous server, was a professional from the beginning. Explained the wine and dishes perfectly. His gentle and non invasive manner was a great end to a long day. I want to return to Aspen to have him take care of us again. He has a very positive future in the hospitality profession. What an asset for the St. Regis

“This is in the W hotel. Definitely other reviews about it feeling like a night club are accurate. We still decided to go. The food was excellent and service was also great. I'm sure this turns into a party spot later in the evening. Overall a good time but if you're looking for a casual restaurant vibe, this may not be it.“

“Rogger greeted us when we drove in and took care of the valet details. Efficient and friendly.
We were quickly seated inside by the hostess and thus began a most enjoyable lunch at the St Regis. Servings were generous and of the highest quality. We enjoyed an alfredo pasta dish , large salad with salmon as well as a perfectly prepared fish on a sliced bun. 5 star quality on each item, just right. Loved the custard dessert. Creamy, not overly sweet. Finally Kahn was super attentive during the entire time. Solid recommendations. Very personable and kind making the whole dining experience so enjoyable. Thank you St Regis!“
