Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“This place is incredible! Absolutely beautiful and in a gorgeous location at the base of the mountain. The food is delicious with both gluten-free and vegan options already on the menu. I’ve eaten dinner here twice already in my 4 days in Aspen. The chef, Alexis, is really talented. He understands how to balance intense and beautiful and diverse flavors across hearty bison chili, Korean fried cauliflower, and Baja miso cod tacos. The prices seem almost unfair in how affordable this restaurant is for the quality you’re getting. Also come take photos here for sure. It’s super cute and lends itself well to photo ops. Alsooooo the service is so top notch. Incredibly attentive servers who seem to go above and beyond. Don’t miss this experience while you’re visiting Aspen.“

“One of the last great staples in town.

We had an amazing experience at Meat & Cheese! The atmosphere was cozy, and the selection at the butcher shop was top-notch. We always enjoy sitting on the patio and people watching. The charcuterie board was beautifully arranged, featuring a variety of delicious flavors. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations especially Jordan and Sam. A must-stop for every Aspen visit.“

“Had a lovely experience at Ellina. The ambiance and outdoor seating is comfortable and elegant. The staff was kind and attentive, and took special attention to make sure my food wasn't contaminated with gluten (I have celiacs, husband does not). The prosciutto and tuna tartar was great; husband had the black pepper fettuccini and French onion soup and said all was amazing. Thank you! Highly recommend.

“A nice option in the heart of Aspen with a Tex/Mex menu. By Aspen standards quite reasonably priced, large bar and dining area and friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the largest tequila menus I have ever experienced.“

“This little hide away bar is cozy and personal. It was a treat to stop here. We came all the way from Parker because of a Tiktok and it did not disappoint! We met and chatted with the owner/manager and he indulged our mutual love of K Pop music by playing some K Pop music while we ate! Such a great experience! “What a special experience! Our group of 6 celebrated a birthday with the Wine Experience and could not have been happier. Matthew was personable and presented a beautiful program pairing wines and cheeses, and made choices based on the preferences of our group. We talked about it for days! There was even a guitar in our yurt and we had a player in our group that added even more to the ambiance. We were served a sizable portion each of 4 cheeses, but don't expect dinner. You'll probably want to plan to have a light meal afterward. They didn't skimp on wines; we were served wines with a range of price points. Topped off with a private yurt and our own private sommelier, we felt like the price was appropriate and expected for the St. Regis and the area. We have recommended it to friends and would consider doing this experience again in the future.“

“I had the most incredible week at Aspen Meadows resort. It started as a surprise. I had no idea where my boyfriend was taking me on vacation until the plane ride. Turns out he has been in touch with the concierge Darcy, and coworker Athena for weeks leading up to this trip. They helped him create an amazing itinerary for our first time in Aspen. The rooms were super clean. It was very spacious the customer service and the warm welcome we receive from Darci, Athena, and team were top notch. They helped him plan my engagement! He proposed me on the top of Aspen Mountain and from start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful. It was a vacation. I will never forget and I want to give Darcy and Athena all the credit!! we will definitely be back due to your incredible rooms and amazing customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Not a detail was missing from this incredibly well thought out tasting menu from start to fabulous finish. Chef Mark, pastry chef Mika and owner Marianne all came to our table.
This lovely environment has floral and table decor that is stunning in detail as is the lighting and artwork. But we are foodies first and will be so proud when their Michelin stars are awarded. We will surely return.“

“Really nice food with good service. Servers were awesome and the view is beautiful. Food has some flavor and good taste. A little pricey on everything but you are in Aspen soooo… it’s all pricey. House chips are amazing and fresh, biscuits are nice and flakey with some buttery aftertaste and the fresh sauces and jams are to die for.“
