“Stuffed sopapillas! Amazing. We had the Santiago Especial, with green chili’s. Oh wow. Great dinner to share with some margaritas.“

“This bar is as classic as the Silver Dollar but as modern as your favorite speak easy cocktail bar in any city. Sascha & Kari are friendly and have created a cocktail menu that rivals any big city bar. Food truck open Thursday-Sunday and bar snacks. If you haven’t been you should. We live full time here and this is exactly what Leadville needed. 5 ⭐️“

“On operations as a bar for like 80 years it is pretty much what you expect. This seemed at the moment a very local hometown type of bar with some really friendly people. I wouldn’t suggest many mixed drinks or anything besides a beer. This place did seem cool if you’re looking for more of a honkeytonk style sports bar with some really cool history in the building.“

“Family-run dive. Went there on a mellow Monday night in mid October, which is shoulder season in Leadville. Good spot for cheap drinks and the staff/owners are super friendly.“

“This place looked good so made a reservation for after hiking Turquoise Lake. Good decision. This place is a gem!! Loved that they opened at 3:30. The food was fresh and excellent. Had the tuna and wontons for starters, delicious! We had the lamb and cod for mains. Both excellent! Our server Heidi gave us excellent service. I live about 2 hours away but will drive back just to go to this restaurant. Ok, I might do a little hiking while there as well!“
