They somehow missed my dinner order even though I was the first in our party to order and then said they miss read it and put cold food on a very hot plate. They’re just lucky it tasted good, just not hot. Don’t expect the waitstaff to know what is on happy hour because what we ordered ended up not being and had to pay full price.“

The Pprk Green Chile was incredible, even the house salad that we also ordered was wonderful. Was not expecting to write these kind of statements about the food we ordered but we were blown away with how good it was. Service was impeccable as well … everyone was attentive and it was just a great experience. Was not expecting such a great meal, it definitely caught us off guard. “That is the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I don't know how they make their crust, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce isn't too sweet or too anything and they use the perfect amount. I wanted to keep eating the pizza even though I was full. The staff was friendly as well. I am so confused about why this place was empty at lunch on a Saturday.“

“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.“

“I've been skiing in Vail for awhile. If you don't ski, take the Gondola up and have a meal here. The views are amazing. While I understand everything is more expensive due to the logistics of getting it up the mountain, the prices here are even high for the mountain. That aside, great service and very good food plus the views make it a must visit.“

“Food, service and atmosphere at Collette was excellent. Emma, Ryan, Jackson and Syndee were welcoming, friendly and efficient. They have a creative menu with both traditional Italian and new twists as well as a great 3-course option. It was a terrific meal and we look forward to coming back.“

“Many people booked outside seating as did we and then the rain started and everyone requested inside. The wait staff, hostess and every other employee hustled to get everyone seated in a short time. They did an amazing job. Food was tasty, limited selection but solid on flavor. Our server was wonderful. Tavern on the Square is always on our list for dining during our annual summer visits.“
