“The food was really good but the service was really bad. They somehow missed my dinner order even though I was the first in our party to order and then said they miss read it and put cold food on a very hot plate. They’re just lucky it tasted good, just not hot. Don’t expect the waitstaff to know what is on happy hour because what we ordered ended up not being and had to pay full price.“

“We stayed at the sonnenalp for a week and had the best experience visiting the King’s Club everyday. The drinks were amazing and everyday we received incredible service, especially from Virag who was extremely attentive and made us feel very welcome. We love it here and cant wait to come back!“

“The bbq pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. The waiter was a little under par. He just wasn't as attentive to us as he was others. We ordered 2 beers he only brought one. And when we said we wanted 2. He had a attitude. But then apologized right before he brought the bill.“

“That is the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I don't know how they make their crust, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce isn't too sweet or too anything and they use the perfect amount. I wanted to keep eating the pizza even though I was full. The staff was friendly as well. I am so confused about why this place was empty at lunch on a Saturday.“
“We shared a bottle of wine and some appetizers at the Lobby Bar. It was enjoyable. For appetizers, we had the pretzel bites and one of my friends had the chili. The pretzel bites were very good. The star was the queso dip. It was rich, creamy cheese with some diced tomatoes and was slightly sweet. The honey mustard sauce was good too. It was thick with lots of mustard flavor. Service was good.“

“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.“

“Amazing experience at Look Out Bar!
I had a great night at Look Out Bar, and the staff truly made the difference. Santiago, the bartender, was super friendly, attentive, and gave excellent drink recommendations. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly crafted. 🍸🥂
Also, Agustina, who took care of us, was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable the whole time and added to the great vibe of the place.
And the photographs shown on the bar’s TV screens were incredible — such a great visual touch! I even wished I had asked where I could find or buy them.
