“We enjoyed very, very much our dinner and experience at Black Saddle. Our main course was absolutely delicious, the halibut was perfectly cooked, the sauce was awesome, a great cuisine from a talented Chef. Last, the dessert was delicious too, for the eyes and the palate. Our waiter was very caring and professional. A great overall experience!“

I want to give a very special thank you to the managers and the staff that really went out of their way to give us a full luxury experience. “If you happen to be staying at The Little Nell or visiting Aspen make brunch reservations at Element 47. Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“For such a small town, they certainly pack in the taste buds. Located at the Hotel Jerome ( a local fave ) we stopped in and had no problem getting a table for lunch. We had the onion soup, a couple of salads, some wine and that dessert - huckleberry pie something and it did not disappoint. Plenty to share.“
“This is such a cute venue! We came to see Michael Franti and Spearhead and it was an amazing show! The venue only holds 450 people so it's a super intimate place and of course, Michael Franti is an amazing artist who engages the audience by encouraging us to talk to a stranger, do-si-do with others, and sings in the crowd!“
“Me and my boyfriend went here for a romantic evening and had such a blast! We had Dewi and Mika as our servers they both made our night so fun and had a blast with drinks and shots. We live in Denver so definitely will have to come back sometime! Music was a vibe and the atmosphere was amazing.“

“John waited on us-we thought he had to be an owner because he took such good care of us. He gave us great recommendations, made sure we enjoyed our food, and made sure our drinks were just like we liked them! JJ was the chef and also did a wonderful job with the food. Give those men a raise!!“

“Our family had a wonderful meal here! Jill took a reservation for our large group of 9 people in advance which is tough to find in Aspen. Great wine recommendations, shareable apps, fresh bread! And the entrees were all loved-lots of house made pastas and the short ribs were fantastic! Look forward to coming back“

“Khan, our fabulous server, was a professional from the beginning. Explained the wine and dishes perfectly. His gentle and non invasive manner was a great end to a long day. “This is in the W hotel. Definitely other reviews about it feeling like a night club are accurate. We still decided to go. The food was excellent and service was also great. I'm sure this turns into a party spot later in the evening. Overall a good time but if you're looking for a casual restaurant vibe, this may not be it.“
“The service and food at the restaurant was phenomenal. Our waitress Melissa was very helpful and attentive to us and our baby. She really went above and beyond. She was also very knowledgeable and really elevated our experience with her care and kindness. Yoga was also very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service!
