“This place is a gem! It is in a perfect sitting within the mall and carries a simple but purposeful vibe. It smells wonderful, like you were back at home, waiting on Sunday Supper when you enter. Definitely not fancy, but the staff quickly greets you with a warm friendly welcome smile and some great tips on what to expect. It seems like they are only willing to hype up whatever they are serving in a modest way, because they seem to really enjoy the over-the-top reactions that will follow, once the meal is served.

Seriously, I had a cup of their clam chowder, and a bowl of the Habanero Chile and pork stew, with sliced bread and butter. Wow! The clam chowder was very good, but that stew was super delicious.

It was so good, we had to go back the next evening to do it all over again. This time I ordered the Chicken and sausage stew, which was also delicious. I would have gone a third night, if I didn’t have to get back to So Cal the next morning.

The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend this place and just pray they will be open when I return in October.”

“Such a lovely experience! We came in with four people and were helped right away despite it being busy. Our food came quickly and everything was delicious! Such a great vibe. The owner Wendy came to chat with us at the end of our meal and treated us with her famous brownie which was the best I’ve had in years!! Definitely will make this place a go to when we come to Snowmass village!!”

“Review is about ski tuning, I have nothing to say about their coffee which I assume is wonderful but I'm not going to give them five stars if I haven't even had it.

Overnight ski tuning and they do a good job at what is a reasonable price, considering the cost of the equipment involved, payroll, and the location.”

“I’ve been going to Sunday in Snowmass at least once a week for the past two months, and every visit has been such a great experience! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, the shop itself is adorable, and the staff is young, dynamic, and always so patient and sweet—even with kids debating over toppings.

I also love their app—the rewards add up quickly, and I ended up getting free ice cream a couple of times, which was such a nice bonus.

“Easy and very tasty food! If you’re on the go and need to grab something fast, this is the place to come to. Pizzas are wonderful, I really like the dough. But I love the verity of sandwiches as well. There are no places in Snowmass where you can get great food this fast, and that’s super kids friendly.. It’s a no brainer, you have to check out this place!”

“We were seated promptly at arrival and had perfect people watching seats near the door. Devin was our server and she absolutely killed it. She was educated about the fish and how each fish was served. She and the server assist Gregorio (?) took great care of us! The Toro was AMAZING!”

“This restaurant has great food and great location. I had pad Thai chicken and beef. The first night I requested spicy chicken, and it wasn’t nearly as spicy as I wanted. The next night I tried the pad Thai spicy beef and asked for “extra spicy”. Now this was made perfectly with a ton of heat! Great flavor, very authentic flavors and friendly people”

“One of my favorite restaurants in the US is Daniel in NYC. Bosq reminds me of that restaurant with the quality and creativity of dishes and the warm and inviting feeling you get dining there. The staff, Natalie in our case, and Sergei made my wife and me feel as if we were regulars. In fact, it was their warmth that set the mood for a spectacular experience. We started our first date with Bosq's 7-course chef tasting with the pairing selected by Nick. Now Nick is an interesting sommelier. He is knowledgeable and approachable. At the end of our gastronomic experience, Chef Barcley introduced himself, as he appeared to do with all of the diners. I explained to Chef Barclay, that his cooking reminded me of Chef Daniel Boulud. He was slightly taken aback and then stated he has worked with Chef Boulod. Chef Barcley's cooking is world class. My wife and I enjoyed it so much, I canceled one of our reservations to dine at Bosq twice during our week long stay in Aspen. If you want world class food and spectacular service, I highly recommend Bosq. If we lived near Aspen, we would most certainly be regulars!”

I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. And the servers are the best!! ❤️❤️❤️”
