“We had a great dinner and Santiago was a fabulous, friendly server! The Red Deer was amazing and fork tender. The meat and cheese tray had wonderful cheeses and something for everyone. Great, cozy environment with wonderful drinks.”

“Limited daily menu. Our order was take away and was hot 30 minutes later when we began our meal. The homemade bread was delicious and the beef stew tasted just like my grandma's. The beef was tender!! The only negative is that the stew was a bit on the greasy side. However, I'd definitely go back and order it again!”

“They have a new menu involving a fairly extensive Barbecue menu from Steve Raichlin’s Planet Barbecue. Wow what change! We chowed on brisket and pulled pork with sides of slaw, potato salad, roasted corn, barbecue beans … terrific chili and a large drink menu. Really, a hidden gem in the Skico’s arsenal of good eateries on the mountain!”

“It’s pretty good, the pizza is not napolitana pizza, it’s more like flatbread, which isn’t specified in the menu.Both pasta dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty, and the wine was good, even in the individual cup category.”

“One of the things I look forward to most at Snowmass- the fresh pizza and hot cookies! Located off the Big Burn and Sheer Bliss chairlifts. It’s a small shack with several flavors of fresh, hand made pizza; gooey, hot, delicious chocolate chip cookies as well as white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. They also serve soup, chili, and an assortment of packaged snacks and beverages. The workers deserve every tip they receive. They are the friendliest, most fun employees at Snowmass. Stopping here every time I ski here is a non-negotiable.”

“This is a nice locals style pizza place that is located right across from Snowmass Village behind the Conoco gas station. We thought the pizza and meat sub were both solid. The pricing here is much more reasonable than what you'll pay in the village or mall.”

“EPIC! One of the best dining experiences of my life. My fiancé & I got engaged at the top of elk camp the morning of the 29th, earlier in the week I reached out to the alpine room to see if they could have a simple surprise like champagne waiting for us. I was absolutely blown away, when Emily, the chef, reached out to me sharing how she would love to make this experience special for us. She inquired about our food preferences, allergies, etc. We arrived & the champagne was waiting for us & what followed was absolutely incredible. One of the best dining experiences of our life. The staff, our waitress, the manager, everybody was over the top service wise & then Emily surprised us with a 3-course off menu meal. I truly mean it when I say one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. We both will never forget that lunch experience we had celebrate our special day, I’m tearing up just thinking about how much we felt cared for that day by everybody at the Alpin room! “I had a wonderful experience here at Aurum with the wonderful help of our server Vi, she suggested many wonderful dishes with such detail, but I ended up getting a Bibb wedge salad and the apple tartetatine which were both really flavorful.”

“We had a group of eight. Service was very good. We ordered an entree, a salad, pasta specials and several pizzas. Entree was delicious. Pizzas were very good. Large enough for more than one person but maybe not two. Pastas were really good but could've had more pasta - skimpy. Likewise with salad - more lettuce but still very good.”

“We had a great experience with my friends’ birthday celebration. The food was delicious . Favorites were the Wagyu Tataki , shrimp hanabi and chicken lollipops. All the rolls were very good too . We loved the cocktails , I would say go for the Hibiskiss .Kudos to the staffs and the chefs. They did an amazing job .P.S: Don’t forget to finish it off with their delicious desserts ?”

“I was the musical booking person here from June 15th to March 17th. During my time there I had a great experience with the staff, ownership, artists, and bar patrons! Although I have recently been let go I will continue to highly recommend this establishment to everyone looking for something to do in Snowmass. The Tavern is on to great things! Love you guys”
