“If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would. I'm a truck driver from Denver, and I was delivering to the city market next door. I got here 5 minutes before closing but I called ahead and asked if they would wait for me. They were so sweet and got me my order and threw in a free drink and everything for me. I really appreciate it so much! Such a wonderful new years blessing. You guys are awesome and I hope you all have a blessed holiday!”

“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!”

“My husband and I hosted our wedding welcome happy hour at Mountain Heart Brewing. The beer is fantastic, and the staff matches! It was the perfect venue to host our event, and they were so accommodating. It was very easy to plan with them, and it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding! “The drinks are genuinely creative, with unexpected ingredients, hibiscus flowers, beautiful garnishes, and combinations you’re just not going to find at a typical bar around here. Everything feels thoughtful without being overly serious about itself.
And Jedidiah himself is half the experience. He has this hilarious country-comedy flair that somehow fits the whole place perfectly. Come for the cocktails, stay for whatever is going to come out of his mouth next. I fully expect to see him take that comedy career far someday. Truly one of the best little late-night spots in Carbondale.”

“We really enjoyed our first visit. Great space and service. Food was fantastic with big portions. It was hands down the best general tso chicken and I’m forever ruined. Will absolutely hop by there any time we are in Carbondale. We got Mongolian beef, general and chicken fried rice. The dishes together would have easily fed 4 people so we get tasty leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I’d highly recommend to everyone. If you’re a vegetarian they have a pretty expansive selection for you.”

“We were immediately greeted with a nice vibe and friendly staff, and the owner Eric and our server Lizzie made sure our visit was completely comfortable the whole time. They were happy to answer any questions and fulfill any requests we made throughout our dinner, and the food was prepared quickly and with good portions, too. The food was excellent with a good amount of spice (we like spicy food but they have mild options too), and every dish was full of rich sauces and intense flavors. Overall amazing food and fantastic service, and I would definitely recommend eating here.”

“NY pizza has a real pizza taste, without too much sugar. Sandwiches and chicken wings and tenders are the best in town. And the atmosphere is a good cross between diner and sports bar.”

“High end restaurant in a small Colorado town. The food was exceptional! Our waitress went above and beyond to assure everything was up to par. Vegan options were exceptional as well. We can’t wait until we’re in Carbondale again! We’re going back!”

“My tacos were delicious and the service was very friendly. I absolutely plan on revisiting. I especially like the chorizo tacos. They also have a great selection of Mexican cookies and bakery items. Affordable and plenty of food for only $22.
