“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!“

“Loved dining on the deck, food options were plentiful, even for the vegan folks, and all beautifully presented. The crispy dumplings were amazing with the coconut rice. Our server was helpful, patient with various orders and requests, and smiley and genuine the whole time.“

“Have to say that this is some of the best Thai food we've had EVER! Really enjoyed the appetizers, sushi, and mains. Chef Eric puts himself out there with the quality / love in his food. I wish this place was in Fort Collins, but alas we'll have to travel out as much as we can to enjoy the food at THC. Enjoyed this place immensely and would recommend this over some of the bigger establishments you might find in Glenwood or Carbondale. Great work, THC Team!“

“We got out of the hot springs at 10pm and were super hungry. Everything in town was closed, and we thought we were going to have to eat at the gas station. But we were so happy to find this place. The bar tender was welcoming and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and we had a fun time there. We were so grateful to find this spot and get a good dinner.“
