The hospitality was amazing. I really enjoyed my oat-milk London Fog. The view just outside was inspiring. So much good to say about Dos Gringos. I also liked the music but it was a bit too loud for gentle coffee shop conversation. I will drop by again for sure.
Dos is an enduring carbondale institution, operated by locals who value their staff and the quality of their products. The coffee is some of the best, and their burritos are real food to power you through the day.

Delicious smoothies and tasty HEALTHY burritos. I won't say the dishes are fully Mexican tasting but they are still delicious and have a healthier approach to it. :) smoothies are delicious though!
