Have to say that this is some of the best Thai food we've had EVER! Really enjoyed the appetizers, sushi, and mains. Chef Eric puts himself out there with the quality / love in his food. I wish this place was in Fort Collins, but alas we'll have to travel out as much as we can to enjoy the food at THC. Enjoyed this place immensely and would recommend this over some of the bigger establishments you might find in Glenwood or Carbondale. Great work, THC Team!
Great atmosphere, decorations and cozy feeling inside the restaurant with a great outdoor seating. Good options of sushi and bowls. The dessert is amazing.
We ordered this for pickup and couldn't be more pleased. The food was absolutely delicious, the employees were very nice and engaging, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We got the spicy salmon and tuna sushi, the pad thai, and Mama Sang's yellow curry with chicken. Everything tasted so good. I didn't even manage to snag some pictures of the food before we devoured it all!
