“Had dinner at Homestead Bar and Grill last Saturday and it was beyond delicious! Chef Tommy has outdone himself with the new winter menu. I had the crab cake special and they were the best that I have ever had! Seriously better than any that I have had on the East or West Coast! His mashed potatoes were stellar as well and I am a mashed potato snob! The Tomahawk pork chop was also phenomenal and Alex had the ricotta dumplings, which were also delicious! Can’t wait for them to open again next week after their holiday break!“

“I was born and raised on the Mexican border, I moved to Aspen four months ago, and I've been searching for decent Mexican food constantly, and I found some decent places and many places were not good at all, but I stumbled into this place today and it is officially the best Mexican food in the entire Roaring Fork Valley, hands-down. Exceptionally authentic, delicious, mostly organic, excellent service, clean & wonderful atmosphere, great menu with many awesome authentic choices, the food is made to perfection, and the prices are oh so pleasant! This place is the best, I am so lucky I live closeby, I will be eating here on the regular without fail! If you want the real deal, don't waste your time going anywhere else, come here -- this place is the clear winner!“

“Had a great meal last night at Hugo’s. Quite so you could actually have a conversation, the service was exceptional as well as the meal. Delicious all the around. Would go back in a heartbeat.“

“Had an amazing experience at this bar and grill! Cassidy was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. Burley was also fantastic always my favorite he made us feel included, checked on us often, and was extremely attentive throughout our visit. The customer service from both of them was outstanding.
A special thank you to Ricky as well. We got caught up in traffic because of the fire, and instead of making us rush out, he let us hang out and relax so we didn’t have to sit in all that traffic. Their online ordering and ability to reorder past orders make it easy to pick up on the way home. The burgers are great but I just tried the BLT grilled cheese and it is my new favorite!“

“I had the bourbon butter chicken sandwich as takeout for lunch. The chicken thigh was huge, crispy, and had a great sweet/salty flavor. I enjoyed the slaw (which is not spicy at all) and pickles on top. The tator tots are much better than the fries though both lacked seasoning.“
