“Viewline brunch feels like the kind of menu where everyone can find a favorite. The shrimp and grits were a standout, the rancheros were excellent, and the berry lemon cheesecake waffle is worth ordering for the table. The live entertainment was a great touch and gave the brunch a relaxed yet fun energy. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and seemed to be bending over backward to make sure everyone was taken care of. Best value was probably the unlimited mimosas for $22 per person!!“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“Listen, the place is amazing. There’s no doubt. And I bet the higher priced stuff is magnifique. But the burger was well below par. I left a quarter of it on my plate as unchewable grissle. Seriously, I would have been more satisfied with a Big Mac. You’d think the least you could get, for $30 is a lean(er) patty. Next time I’m going for something less risky. Now, the ambiance is unbeatable. A great place to check out a game and park it along the window to enjoy the view of the mountains. The place is old world class all the way. Fascinating old photos of Aspen hang on the walls. And the decor is really breathtaking and classy. I treat myself on every yearly vacation. I just hope the next sandwich I eat there prooves to be more satisfying!“

The food is totally excellent as you might expect from The Jerome. While not inexpensive the joy of dining here is worthy of the expense.“

Food was yum. We tried coconut Curry ramen and falafel pita, both the dishes were very tasty and had authentic taste, good presentation and decent pricing given it's a Ritz Carlton property and Aspen!!“
