“I rarely ever leave reviews, although my outstanding experience at Capitol Public House (CPH) in Eagle, CO, definitely deserves some feedback. I've dined at CPH a number of times. Growing up working and enjoying restaurants, I know the importance of a positive first impression that carries throughout the entire dining experience. Every time I come in, I am met with a personable, friendly, and knowledgeable employee, willing and able to suggest anything to tickle my fancy for an elevated dining experience. I can tell there is a lot of fun to be had amidst the people working because everyone is smiling and seemingly having a great time.
These are some of the themes I was excited to embrace as I took on planning one of my friend's birthdays. Being a planner, I started talking with the manager, Morgan to ensure everything went smoothly. Morgan went above and beyond to assure I was aware of all of the logistics that went into coordinating the best birthday party at Capitol Public House. I definitely did not make things easy for her. Despite the back and forths that came from an indecisive group of people, Morgan was able to get us an estimate of what the minimum would be to host the party, she was able to ensure we would have the back room for a party of 30, on a Saturday, at 17:00 (crazy busy time for the restaurant); all the while delegating herself with gracious kindness and clear communication. This was so nice to be met with, especially considering how any other person (including myself) would have lost patience considering the circumstances of the situation.
Having seen and been a part of parties at this restaurant, I know that the night would have been a spectacular experience. Unfortunately, the other members of the party decided to take charge and make new plans. I was so sad that our work wasn't rewarded that I felt I needed to share my experience of planning the party so others would have a feel for the ease and excitement I experienced while doing so. To Morgan and everyone at CPH, thank you for your outstanding and considerate service, always, especially in planning this party. Y'all rock socks!“

“I appreciate the fact that this cafe offers keto friendly options. I order lettuce wrapped sandwich fixings-no bread. They are skilled at lettuce wrapping, which makes it easy to eat. I usually order the Turkey Cob, but yesterday I ordered the Greek Gobbler and it was delicious. They serve sandwiches all day, even though they have a breakfast menu.“

“We had a great time. First time visiting, the Lanes were in great shape, the place was clean. Sam at the front gave us 5 star service, greeted us when we arrived, said good bye when we left, from getting our perfect shoes, to acknowledging my toddler and giving him a toy pin to keep hom busy, Sam was very courteous, need more people like Sam in the world. Thank you!!!“

“Another Starbucks inside a market. This one is legit. Does not have a separate entrance, but there is a kiosk and a sit down area with a wonderful view, set up with tables and chairs. There is also a unisex bathroom, which could use a little tlc, but acceptable.

Just had the pike place. You’d think you couldn’t mess up a pike place… but we just had one that was watered down. Thankfully the one here was on the spot.“

“Great food, friendly staff always. Carlos was great, very attentive, helpfull service! My only gripe is the poor condition of the pool tables. Wood broken off the rails, split rails, pockets spill the balls on to the floor,
uneven rails. These tables get really beat up. Ive seen groups of ten, fifteen, even twenty rowdy people partying around the big pool table with drinks on the table , hitting the balls as hard as they can. There really needs to be a limit on the number of people in the pool room at a time. For $15/hr. I'd hope to see a little cleaner and better maintained tables.“
