A gem at the base of Snowmass Village. We had 3 outstanding dishes, including the bluefin tuna, and shrimp lettuce wraps. The bartenders made us a variety of delicious and creative cocktails. All the staff treated us like family Highly recommend.
Wonderful. We tried Aurum our first night in Snowmass Village. We ordered the Parker house rolls, Bibb wedge salad, seared bluefin tuna and the New York steak. Everything was fantastic, cooked just right and tasty. We started off with Ski Lift Drink and the Aurum Old Fashioned both of which were very good. I had a wonderful experience here at Aurum with the wonderful help of our server Vi, she suggested many wonderful dishes with such detail, but I ended up getting a Bibb wedge salad and the apple tartetatine which were both really flavorful.
