We had an enjoyable dinner here on the patio. We first shared a kale salad and then my husband selected the Marocain chicken and I had the spicy Korean chicken. My dish was copious and I very much liked it. My husband was not too fond of his. He said that the chicken was dry and appeared to have been reheated. Our order of rolls was $12 and that seemed very high.
Great food and drinks. Aurum never disappoints us. I like the Kale or the beet salad. The cauliflower is really good too. Drinks and wines are great every time.

Based on the reviews, Aurum Snowmass is an amazing place with a management team, chef, and staff that host events with amazing service and wonderful food. The atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant, yet warm and welcoming. The food is spectacular, with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the flavors are layered and refined. The menu offers nice variety. Specific meals mentioned include the grilled Ahi tuna steak, which was perfectly cooked, fresh, and flavorful, and the burger, which was a big hit. The Korean fried chicken and Parker House rolls are incredible starters, and the warm cookies are a perfect ending. The Spicy Orange Margarita is absolutely worth it. The service is outstanding, attentive, and genuinely passionate. The restroom is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Prices are a bit on the higher side. Aurum delivers a perfect combination of ambiance, service, and exceptional cuisine. It is a perfect spot for a family dinner in Snowmass. Note that phone reservations are not accepted, which may be a consideration.
