Kenichi Snowmass is a highly acclaimed restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The food is consistently delicious, with the scallops, tempura shrimp, and sushi receiving high praise for their freshness and quality. Customers appreciate the good value and unique food combinations, such as the dynamite shrimp and hamachi yellowtail. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, providing excellent service. The waitstaff was terrific and Mark was exceptional. The rolls are amazing, and the sashimi, especially the salmon, is great as well. The shrimp appetizer is loved. The bartender is awesome. This is one of the nicest restaurants in all of Aspen.
