One of the best dining experiences in Aspen. Steak House No. 316 has an intimate, elegant atmosphere with outstanding service and exceptional food. The steaks are perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and the quality of the meat really stands out. The sides and wine selection complement the meal perfectly. If you appreciate a classic steakhouse with character and attention to detail, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

By the numbers-had to ask for water 2 times, ever time, second drink had to ask twice, onion rings had to ask 3 times, Steak had to ask 4 times to go from raw rare to rare to a still rare to medium well, all we wanted was medium rare, birthday greetings and treats 0,
