What a delicious dinner with so many good options to choose from. We were able to sit at the bar, but don’t count on being able to do so. Get a reservation! We shared a lot of small plates and had great recommendations and conversation with the bartender! Excellent restaurant in an excellent city!
Delicious food, great cocktails, and some great n/a drink options as well. While they do serve sushi rolls, highly recommend exploring the menu. The ramen is great but you really can’t go wrong with anything. Explore the specials too!

High end restaurant in a small Colorado town. The food was exceptional! Our waitress went above and beyond to assure everything was up to par. Vegan options were exceptional as well. We can’t wait until we’re in Carbondale again! We’re going back!
