We were on our roadtrip from illinois to Colorado and this was our stop for the brunch i aint gonna lie this place has the freshest food ever cause they grow some of their own produce on the cafe

Sprazzo is a fresh food spot in Carbondale that grew its own produce on the cafe. Guests on a roadtrip from Illinois to Colorado stop for brunch and said the food was the freshest ever. The atmosphere offers silky microfoam, soothing warm lighting and a great place for remote work or focus in the morning. Pastas were outstanding, as were veal and branzino, and dinner on the patio under a beautiful Colorado night featured live music and wonderful staff. Service was stellar, uplifting and attentive, with staff like Kris, Leah, Chester and Brody praised for amazing energy and seamless assistance. Guests hosted weddings, receptions and parties and described the event as perfect, above and beyond, and incredible. The restaurant moves to the top of favorite list and guests look forward to the next meal and order more things they missed.
