Absolutely outstanding. Wayan brings a taste of Bali to Aspen with creative, beautifully presented dishes and exceptional service. Every plate was packed with flavor, from the fresh seafood to the perfectly balanced spices. Second time coming to this restaurant. First time was on new years and it was an amazing experience. Our follow up visit was equally enjoyable. Creative menu of food and cocktails. Our server, Niko, was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Put it on your go to list!
