“We were there for our first time with a wedding party that included 27 people. The food was hot & delicious & Andrew was our waiter & he was excellent! For a party of that size the food came out amazingly fast! Thank y’all for a wonderful experience!”

“We walked into Izakaya Cabin and felt like we were right back in Hokkaido. Authentic atmosphere for sure. We had a reservation, and the host seated us at a great table in the sushi loft that matched our reservation. Our server, Olivia, provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere despite some challenges at some of her other tables. Great menu tour, and the specials from her as well. Drinks were amazing, Sake flight was top notch and included one of my all time favorites - Pearls of simplicity - (a sake I have given as a gift to a mentor from Sapporo), and the shave ice cocktails are unique and well done. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience.”

“The Dogwood is a special place. The owners and staff work extremely hard to continually elevate the experience. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they offer and are highly skilled and take pride in every cocktail served. Places like The Dogwood are few and far between and I can’t say enough great things about it!”

“THE best meal we had in Crested Butte this trip! Grounded in the owner’s great-grandmother’s sourdough starter (named “Trisha”, because OF COURSE), this woman-owned gem is deliciousness at every turn. From the sourdough with black garlic butter to the house-made pasta to the flatbreads and finally bread pudding, everything was PERFECTION - well balanced, indulgent, DELICIOUS. And the wait staff were awesome too (thanks, Abby!). Don’t miss this spot!”

“So pleasantly surprised by the quality of cocktails and drinks, the lovely bartenders we encountered, and warm atmosphere! Rum isn't a go to liquor for us but we loved every cocktail we had here and there was quite a selection so will certainly have to come back to try more. A must stop for those coming through Crested Butte! Be pleasantly surprised by the versatility of rum!”

“Very delicious and unique flavor combinations that really restart the idea of what a burrito could be. Very friendly staff and good music inside. Very informal dining. The only area of growth for them would be the cleanliness of the prep counter where they take different toppings out of the containers. On a peered over the counter and looked down there there was just food all over the place with different ingredients for the burritos mixed together all over the serving area.”

“There's a creepy bald guy with glasses that won't shut up about coffee. I think he's an artist or something. Pretty harmless, but keep an eye out. Everything else was awesome!

“This is without a doubt my favorite spot in Colorado. The views are amazing and the service is fantastic. The bar closes at 3 pm each day, so we typically make sure we arrive here from wherever we are on the mountain by 2:30. We grab a pretzel, bowl of chili or a hotdog from the walk up window then get a cocktail from Larry and Liz in the heated Yurt bar so we can enjoy the sun and people watching for an hour or so before heading home for the day. I HIGHLY recommend a Bloody Mary from Larry, he says he makes them with love but really he means he makes them spicy and with plenty of vodka. We spend New Years and spring break in CB every year and Larry and Liz are the best bar tenders on the mountain, can wait to see them again in December.I gave the food a 3 star but not because it's bad food, it's only because there aren't many options. I wish they would put an outdoor grill up there so I could get a cheeseburger!”

“Wow! Miette is a hidden gem of Crested Butte. I took my parents and my girlfriend here on my parents last night in town. We sat in a beautiful courtyard and enjoyed the sunshine. The service was immaculate and the food was just as good! We had the apricot gazpacho soup, beef tartare and the BEST burger in the entire world. From start to finish our experience was tremendous, I would highly recommend Miette to anybody looking for a very special dining experience. Props to our amazing server, Hayden and the best chef in town. John, you are a gentlemen and scholar!”

“This is a lovely spot to take a break, grab something to read (local publications also available), and enjoy a spot of tea or cup of coffee. Their croissants are pretty darn good, too, even plain.”

“We love this place. The owner and staff are super personable, knowledgeable of the area (we talked hiking for a bit), and the food and coffee is amazing.

If the owner hasn't made it a formal item on the menu yet, ask her about the chocolate coconut ganache cookie sandwich, it's so good I had to ask how she made it.”

“Wow! One of the most delicious sandwiches I have had, so fresh! If you are in Crested Butte, make sure you stop here. The store has a cozy vibe in a charming plaza at the end of Crested Butte. They sell sandwiches, pastas, and other fresh produce/meats. I ordered the 14er and boy was it delicious! I spoke to the owner and he is such a fantastic person! He’s got some incredible stories and will give you all kinds of recommendations for your visit! I’ll be back!”

“Best fried chicken I have ever had. We arrived early but were seated. The extras were on the table. Cole slaw, salad, tomatoes and cottage cheese. With the entree there was mashed potatoes gravy, biscuits and cream corn. Good draft beer selection. Service was excellent . Server was Andy”

“We stopped in at 8:30pm on October 5th tired and weary from a long day of hiking. Even though they were closing at 9pm they treated us like we were the first customers of the day. Highly recommend and next fall we will definitely return. PS. The food is outstanding.”

“Great atmosphere and service. Drinks are good too. But they discontinued my favorite menu item, their wonderful shrimp cocktail. The food we ordered arrived lukewarm, rather than hot. But the patio and location can't be beat. We will go back.”
