THE best meal we had in Crested Butte this trip! Grounded in the owner’s great-grandmother’s sourdough starter (named “Trisha”, because OF COURSE), this woman-owned gem is deliciousness at every turn. From the sourdough with black garlic butter to the house-made pasta to the flatbreads and finally bread pudding, everything was PERFECTION - well balanced, indulgent, DELICIOUS. And the wait staff were awesome too (thanks, Abby!). Don’t miss this spot!

I have been in CB now for about 5 weeks and eaten at the Breadery 5 times. I’m about tired of their menu. Although they make everything on the menu great, it’s time to change up the menu and get a fresh eye on new entrees.
