Gunnison Valley Entertainment had a great time DJing at Umbrella Bar at Ten Peaks! The atmosphere was incredible, the views were beautiful, and it was such a fun spot to bring people together and celebrate. The team was welcoming and easy to work with, and the whole experience made for an unforgettable event. We’d love to be back!
Excellent views of the Butte and surrounding mountain range. Service was welcoming and top notch.
I’m so glad we found this place during our summer trip! We usually grab drinks in town but we decided to check out the bar and the views, and we were surprised with how great it was. The staff was great and the strawberry margarita was absolutely delicious.

The Umbrella Bar, a popular spot in Colorado, offers fantastic service and amazing views, making it a favorite for many. The bar closes at 3 pm, so visitors aim to arrive by 2:30 pm to enjoy the last hour of sun with a cocktail from Larry or Liz, known for their spicy Bloody Marys. Food options are limited, with a walk-up window serving pretzels, chili, and hotdogs. Although there is no outdoor grill for cheeseburgers, the sandwiches and hot drinks are a hit.
The Umbrella Bar, less crowded than Paradise, offers ample seating indoors and outdoors, allowing for people-watching and cornhole games. The heated Yurt bar and deck, dotted with dog-friendly spots, provide a great view of Mount Crested Butte. While the bar staff may not excel in making specific drinks, the cocktail menu offers unique and enjoyable alternatives. All in all, the Umbrella Bar is an excellent spot for a relaxing break and a guaranteed return visit.
