Just my unbiased opinion. Absolutely delicious!
Best little restaurant in Crested Butte. We have been coming here for about twenty years and it is always amazing! Best foie gras ever (world wide). I would favorably compare this to any fine dining restaurant in all of my travels. But beware the comma if you enjoy a few bottles of fine wine.
We had an exceptional dining experience at Soupçon. The menu is carefully designed to reflect the season and local specialities. Every dish is perfection. The crème brûlée was the chef’s kiss. Service was warm, attentive ans professional. This place is a true hidden gem in crested butte. We will definitely be returning.
