Wow!! Unbelievable, customer service! Phil, who was so super nice deserves a raise! Attended to my needs and was very courteous, patient and professional! There should be more employees like him! I can’t wait to go back there again!
Unfortunately you're paying a lot for subpar food and Paradise Warming House. I had high hopes but only have low returns.
Paradise Warming House is a mid-mountain lodge operated by Vail Resorts, offering a $22 chicken sandwich and a lively atmosphere with great music. The venue features a spacious patio, clean restrooms, and engaging staff, though the management style could use some improvement. Visitors can enjoy an EPIC Pass discount on the tasty food and convenient ski lift access.
