“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.“

The suspended mirrored ski boot was a spectacular touch. Were there 08/23/21. Going through some of our Colorado vacation pics and had to comment on this place.“

I had a great night at Look Out Bar, and the staff truly made the difference. Santiago, the bartender, was super friendly, attentive, and gave excellent drink recommendations. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly crafted. 🍸🥂

Also, Agustina, who took care of us, was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable the whole time and added to the great vibe of the place.

And the photographs shown on the bar’s TV screens were incredible — such a great visual touch! I even wished I had asked where I could find or buy them.

Found it shortly after checking into Lift House with our pups after a ~2.5 hour drive from Denver and just wanted a quick drink in a casual spot. We were delighted to see this pub basically right down stairs, especially since we didn’t want to stray far while our dogs got settled. Immediately loved the atmosphere! Definitely try their Sangria… it’s not too sweet or too bitter or too fruity. Old Fashioned was just OK.“

“The Archetype is a must!! Out of this world spirits and cocktails. There is literally no end to the number of combinations that these bartenders can not only create, but make delicious. Listening to Michael explain the science behind the way he distills is fascinating, and not only that, the spirits are so high quality, the next morning is not a problem :-) Would HIGHLY recommend stopping in, bringing some home and/or ordering a bottle or three for delivery, they are that good! “That is the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I don't know how they make their crust, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce isn't too sweet or too anything and they use the perfect amount. I wanted to keep eating the pizza even though I was full. The staff was friendly as well. I am so confused about why this place was empty at lunch on a Saturday.“
