We have traveled to Vail Valley for the last 7 years to beat the heat of Dallas. This year we were lucky to run into Archetype Distillery at the Sunday Vail market. What an incredible concept! We were so impressed we needed to stop in and take in the WHOLE experience. It did not disappoint. Their concept is amazingly innovative, clean and truly tasty. Had a delicious vodka drink and truffle popcorn. Doesn’t taste like “normal” vodka that can be hard to drink, it was super smooth.

Their smoked vodka is a must-try, even for bourbon or whiskey drinkers, and their vodka-based cocktails are unparalleled.
